Plenty happens in the background of a firm, and until now most of it was invisible. The new Agents page puts the whole AI team in one place and tells the truth about what each one is doing. You can see the agent that drafts replies, the one that suggests transaction categories, the one watching your lead inboxes, and the one turning forwarded bills into first-pass cards, each with a live status: running now, recently completed, or waiting for your input. Crucially, quiet is shown as quiet. An agent with nothing to do says so, so the page reflects the real state of the work rather than performing activity.
