Documents that open in place, and a request count you can trust
Two small things that take friction out of the everyday document loop. Files now open and render in place reliably, so reviewing a client's uploads no longer means a download dance. And the request list stays trustworthy: when you decline a document it goes straight back to the client as a fresh request with a notification, and the received count reflects only what has truly come in, never an item that was sent back.
Read documents in place, dependably
Uploaded PDFs and images render inline in the app, so you never have to download to look.
- →PDFs open and render reliably in the in-app viewer on the staff client page, the engagement page, and the client portal.
- →Reviewing a client's uploads stays on the page, with no download step and no broken preview.
A request loop that closes itself
Declining a document re-requests it, and the received count only ever reflects what is actually in.
- →When you decline a document, it is re-requested from the client automatically with a clear notification, so a wrong file never quietly disappears.
- →The received count tracks only documents that are actually in; an item sent back for a redo drops out of the count until the right file arrives.
- →The client always knows what is still needed, because a re-request lands as a fresh item rather than a silent re-open.
Fixes & improvements
- •Uploaded PDFs now render inline in the viewer instead of occasionally failing to load.
- •Declining a document re-requests it from the client and the received count no longer over-counts items that were sent back.
