How do I report a bug or provide feedback?

How do I reset my account or data?
To reset your account data, please contact our support team at fifi.siddiqui@maxed.life and we'll assist you with resetting your account. Note that this action may not be reversible. Accounts and all associated data can be permanently deleted in the 'You' page in the Maxed™ app, by pressing the 'Delete Account' button in the settings menu.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed securely through Apple. You can view, change, or cancel your Maxed™ Pro subscription directly through your Apple ID settings.
Steps: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Find "Maxed™ Pro" → Manage or Cancel
How does the AI learning system work?
Maxed™ uses real machine learning models that run on your device. The AI learns your patterns over time, starting with basic pattern recognition and progressing to advanced neural networks and forecasting models as you use the app. All processing happens on-device for privacy.
